FAQ's

See below some of our frequently asked questions

Q: Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

A: Unfortunately we do not allow any pets to be kept in the holiday accommodation.

Q: What is provided in the holiday let?

A: We provide all bedding and towels for your stay. The holiday lets are also very well equipped with modern kitchens containing all utensil and crockery you will need for your stay. On your arrival you will receive a welcome basket containing 'Welsh Brew' teas, coffees and hot chocolate, 'Tan y Castell' biscuits and cake and also local milk delivered by our milkman.

Q: Is there anywhere to charge my Electric Car?

A: Yes! We have a standard electric output on the outside of the holiday let that you can plug into. We are looking at getting this upgraded to an official electric car charger.

Q: Is there WIFI available?

A: Both properties have free WIFI. Simply connect to either 'The Loft' or 'The Granary' when you arrive. There is also great phone signal at the property.

Q: Where can I park my car?

A: There is ample parking outside and to the front of the holiday let barn. We also have plenty of room on the yard for any additional cars.

Q: Is there a garden?

A: No, Neither of our holiday let conversions have a garden, however they have a courtyard area with benches and tables to sit outside. Guests are free to roam around the farm so there are plenty of vast green spaces to explore and take in the scenery.

Q: Are the properties wheelchair accessible?

A: Unfortunately there is no wheel chair access in either The Loft or The Granary. Due to both properties being a converted barn with low ceilings and awkward beams upstairs, making them wheel chair accessible wasn't possible.

Q: What are the terms and conditions for my booking?

A: Read our full terms and conditions here.
